Therapeutic massage combines techniques from deep tissue, Swedish massage, and myofascial release to help you unwind and heal.

During your session, you can expect a personalized approach. I'll focus on your unique needs to alleviate tight muscles and improve circulation.

Medical Massage: 60 min

Medical massage is a specialized form of therapeutic massage that focuses on addressing specific medical conditions, injuries, and overall rehabilitation.

Prenatal & Postpartum Massage: 60 min

Prenatal massage is designed to support the changes your body undergoes during pregnancy. It helps alleviate common discomforts such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen feet.

Postpartum massage plays a vital role in recovery. Your body has been through a lot, and a gentle touch can assist in easing muscle soreness, reducing swelling, and re-balancing your body.

*Prenatal: 1st trimester: please provide a doctor’s note stating your doctor recommends massage.

*Postpartum: if you have had a c-section, please schedule your appointment for 6 weeks after c-section date.
