Effective immediately, Natalie Brown Massage requires a referral from your doctor for insurance billing purposes. To ensure your appointment is not affected, please verify your insurance and upload your primary care physician's referral at least 72 hours in advance.

Use the Verify Insurance button to enter your insurance information and required referral from your doctor. My verification team will call your insurance company and get the most up-to-date information regarding your benefits. This process takes 24-48 hours. I will then email you the results.

To schedule an appointment using your insurance benefits, please select your appointment type, then select pay later. At the time of your appointment, I will bill your insurance company, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for a claim to process. After your claim is processed, I will invoice you via email for the Deductible or Copay. Please reach out via text with any questions.
